This was the inaugural Super League Greece season. Olympiacos clinched the inaugural title on April 22 with their victory over Kerkyra, for their third straight title and 10th in the last 11 years.
For the next season, Ionikos, Kerkira FC and Egaleo FC have been relegated to B' Ethniki given that they have finished in the lowest three spots of the table. Asteras Tripolis, Levadiakos FC and Veria FC will be promoted from B' Ethniki for 2007-08.
AE Larissa has won the 2007 Greek Cup with a 2-1 victory over Panathinaikos in the final held in Panthessaliko Stadium in Volos.
Super League Greece Final Standings
1 PAOK turned down entry to the Intertoto Cup allowing OFI Crete to accept the bid from Greece.
2 AE Larisa qualified for one of the four UEFA Cup spots based on their victory in the Greek Cup.
3 Ionikos had 3 points deducted for an attack by the club's Chairman on the Referee in Round 6, and 2 points deducted for incidents in Round 14.
